Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser across requests and store small amounts of information about your visit.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential cookies
Required for the platform to function. These include your authentication session cookie and CSRF protection token. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-less analytics tool — to understand aggregate site usage. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track individuals. We also use PostHog for product analytics inside the authenticated portal, which uses a first-party cookie.
Preference cookies
We store lightweight preferences (e.g., UI theme) in localStorage rather than cookies. These remain on your device and are never sent to our servers.
3. Third-Party Cookies
We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking pixels. If we add any third-party tools in future that set cookies, we will update this policy and obtain appropriate consent where required.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the platform. Most analytics cookies described above are either cookie-less (Plausible) or tied to your account session.
