By accessing or using Relay Remote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Relay Remote on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Relay Remote provides a web-based platform enabling technicians to remotely view and assist end users on mobile devices. During beta, all features are provided without charge and without guarantee of availability or uptime.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to access devices without the device owner's explicit consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

4. Beta Programme

The platform is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We may discontinue the beta at any time. Beta users will receive at least 30 days' notice before paid plans are introduced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in Relay Remote are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
