Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and password (hashed).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use Relay Remote, including session metadata (duration, device type, outcome), feature usage, and error logs. We do not record session screen content by default.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Communications: If you contact us, we retain the content of your messages to respond and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Relay Remote platform.
  • Send transactional emails (account setup, session notifications, billing receipts).
  • Respond to support enquiries and bug reports.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session audit logs are retained according to your plan tier (7 days on Starter, 12 months on Professional, custom on Enterprise). You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (cloud hosting, transactional email, analytics). All sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.

6. Security

Remote sessions are end-to-end encrypted. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security reviews and follow responsible disclosure practices.

7. Your Rights

We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before changes take effect.
